Damaged / Incorrect Items (IMPORTANT)

A damage claim will be accepted only if an unboxing video is provided.

To be valid, the unboxing video must be:

✅ Showing the package sealed before opening
✅ Showing the product clearly and the damage clearly

Without an unboxing video, we cannot approve damage claims.
