We aim to represent every product as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout (depending on your city/region). If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your location, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an order?
Sorana Fashion collections are curated in limited quantities and are not mass-market items. For this reason, returns are accepted only in specific cases (such as receiving the wrong item).
We strongly advise customers to review product details carefully and contact us before ordering if they need guidance.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for exchange requests.
Damaged / Incorrect Items (IMPORTANT)
What if my item arrives damaged?
Each Sorana Fashion order is carefully packed and checked before shipping. Because we work with limited curated pieces, we follow a strict claims process.
A damage claim will be accepted only if an unboxing video is provided.
To be valid, the unboxing video must be:
✅ Continuous (no cuts / no edits)
✅ Showing the package sealed before opening
✅ Showing the product clearly and the damage clearly
Without an unboxing video, we cannot approve damage claims.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos or video of the item received
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
