Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+212 774 410998) or email. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
For packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
A. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and does not arrive within the estimated 3 to 5 day window (plus reasonable delays), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
B. Stolen Packages
Sorana Fashion Collections is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but are stolen. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and local authorities.
C. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may:

Leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup

Attempt delivery again on the next business day

Hold the package at a local depot or post office for pickup
Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier to ensure you receive your package within the intended 3 to 5 day timeframe. Packages that are not claimed and are returned to us may be subject to additional re-shipping fees.
